Counterweight Plus is our most popular approach designed for fast and effective weight loss. This is a total diet replacement where you have four meal replacements per day.
Meal Replacement
Counterweight Lite is our lower intensity approach. Enjoy two meal replacements plus a calorie controlled meal and a healthy snack per day.
Food-Based
Counterweight Food-Based is a habit based behaviour change programme. You will be supported to make sustainable changes to your eating habits and activity levels in order to lose weight. Options include Low Carb, Low Fat and Healthier Eating.
