Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 rice cakes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar/salt added)
- Cinnamon, to taste
Method
- Place two rice cakes on a plate
- Divide 1 tablespoon of peanut butter between the two rice cakes and spread
- Sprinkle it with cinnamon and enjoy!
