Ingredients
- 30ml espresso
- 200ml milk of your choice
- ¼ avocado
- 2tsp cocao powder
- 1tsp maple syrup
- 200g frozen banana
- 30g protein powder (choc flavour works best!)
Method
1. Super easy- place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
