Ingredients

  • 30ml espresso
  • 200ml milk of your choice
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2tsp cocao powder
  • 1tsp maple syrup
  • 200g frozen banana
  • 30g protein powder (choc flavour works best!)

Method

1. Super easy- place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy your morning pick-me-up!
